Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve it quickly.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalised products
If you’re unsure about your item, please contact us before returning it.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
UK cooling-off period
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must still be in their original condition, as outlined above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
